Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item or the item does not fit we can offer you a refund or an exchange if:
1. FLXN cable tie is still intact and attached to the garment.
2. Item has not been worn/damaged. Due to hygiene reasons jewellery cannot be returned. Any jewellery that is returned will not be refunded.
3. Must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.*
To Return/Exchange an item, please use our Returns/Exchanges Form. Please include this form in the package to avoid delays. Any exchanges we cannot fulfil due to stock issues, will be refunded. Returns postage cost is not covered by FLXNfashion.
We recommend returning your parcels to us tracked and signed, as we will not accept liability for any lost returns. We aim to process a refund within 10 working days of receiving your return.
All returns will be inspected to ensure they are in a resellable condition. Items that are sent back in a non resellsble condition will be returned back to the customer.
We analyse any orders before shipping to ensure no damage/faults.
Please note the delivery charge will not be refunded.
