WHY DOES IT TAKE 5-7 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY?
Due to the current pandemic there has been an impact on delivery services, with disruptions affecting everyone. Every business is feeling the pressure from COVID-19, and FLXN is no different. We are working hard to co-operate with the government guidelines, whilst trying to minimise the impact on you, our customers. We are trying to get deliveries out as quickly as possible and we are continuing to answer any of your queries through email and our socials. The situation is changing day by day and we will continue to inform on updates as soon as we receive them.
CAN I PAY EXTRA FOR QUICKER SHIPPING?
This is something we are currently looking into. If you are desperate for an item, please fill out our Contact Us form and we will try our very best to sort something out with you.
CAN I CANCEL OR AMMEND AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?
Unfortunately changes cannot be made to orders which have been shipped however you will have the option to return your items to us when they arrive. If you wish to cancel your order please email us immediately as you will not be able to cancel if it has already shipped.
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
You are more than welcome to return some items within 14 days of receiving your package. You can find more information regarding this process on our Returns & Exchanges page.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We try and ship orders out ASAP which means its likely your package is already with the mail carrier. If this is the case then your order cannot be cancelled however you can wait for it to arrive and then go through our returns process.
